Dr. Aaron Snyder
Owner, Director of Rehab & Performance
Aaron is a licensed sports physical therapist and board-certified orthopedic specialist who earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from UCSF/SFSU after graduating with his B.S. in Exercise Science and a minor in Health Science from La Sierra University in Riverside, CA.
Outside physical therapy, Aaron explored a career in sports as a professional basketball player in the American Basketball Association and Liga Primera Catalana in Girona, Spain. He has helped people of all ages improve their basketball abilities as a strength coach and skills trainer.
Aaron’s experiences have established a strong foundation of evidence-based manual therapy skills, therapeutic exercise, and an ability to establish a personal connection to help each individual achieve their goals. He strives to make each person feel cared for, well-informed, as well as comfortable and satisfied with their experience.

These programs are intended for performance based training and injury rehabilitation
"Do it for me" - Virtual
This program is meant for the serious athlete who is motivated to reach the next level without leaving the comfort of their home. They likely have some experience exercising (but not necessary!). This program is facilitated 1 x week via google meet to check-in and go through an individualized program for 30 minutes.
"Do it with me" - Virtual
This is similar to the "Do it for me" program, but facilitated at a lower frequency. This program is facilitated through Google Meet to check in and go through an individualized program for 30 minutes, 1 x month. This is intended for those who feel more independent with their training program.
"Do it for me" - In Person
This program is for the athlete that needs more hands-on attention and potentially manual therapy to help alleviate pain and/or facilitate proper form and mechanics. This program is facilitated in the local Basketball PT gym space 1 x week for 30 minutes.
"Do it with me" - In Person
This is similar to the "Do it for me" program but facilitated only 1 x month. This program is intended for those who are more independent with their exercise program and do not require manual therapy treatment.
