Basketball is a game of quick cuts, high jumps, and, unfortunately, ankle sprains. In 'Ankle-Breaking Moves: Saving Your Joints On and Off the Court,' Aaron Snyder takes a humorous yet informative dive into the world of ankle health for basketball players. Whether you're a high school hopeful or a college court star, this book is your ultimate guide to staying sprain-free and recovering like a pro when injuries strike.
Packed with insights on the epidemiology of ankle sprains, risk factors to watch out for, and exercises to fortify your joints, this book doesn't just stop at prevention. It also offers step-by-step strategies for recovering from both acute and chronic ankle injuries. With a dash of humor and a ton of practical advice, Aaron Snyder ensures you'll be back on the court, breaking your ankles (figuratively, of course) in no time.
